Ingredients

2 (8 0z.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 C. (8.5 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drain in napkins until well drained

1/4 C. green pepper, finely chopped

1/4 C. red pepper, finely chopped

2 T. onion, finely chopped

1/4 tsp. salt

1 T. seasoned salt

1 1/2 C. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl. Mix in 1/2 C. pecans. Form into a ball. Cover with Saran wrap and refrigerate until firm. Roll ball in remaining 1 C. crushed pecans. Serve with crackers.
