Ingredients

2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened

1 8.5 oz can pineapple, crushed, drained

1/4 c green pepper, finely chopped

1 Tbsp seasoned salt

2 Tbsp onion,finely chopped

2 c pecans, roasted, chopped

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients, add 1 c pecans and mix well. Shape into a ball and refrigerate until firm. Roll in remaining pecans.

I usually make 2 balls.
