Ingredients
1 cup Broccoli stems, cut half inch by 1 inch
1/4 cup pineaplle juice
1/3 cup Fresh pineapple chunks
1/3 cup honey roasted slivered almonds
1/2 tablespoon canola oil
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillit, pour in broccoli. Halfway through cooking, pour in juice. Cook until the broccoli is only slightly crunchy. Pour into serving bowl, Sprinkle on pineapple chunks and almonds, toss.
