Ingredients
1 1/2 cup white all purpose flour
3/4 cup to 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup museli
1 cup chopped nuts or raisins
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp cinnamom
3 eggs
2 cus mashed bananas (5 medium)
1 1/4 cup crushed undrained pineapple
1/4 cup veg oil
1/4 cup plain or flavoured yogurt.
Preparation
In a large bowl stir together flour, suar, nuts,baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs, stir in banana, pineapple, yogurt and oil till blended. Add all at once to dry and stir just till blended.
