Ingredients
1 cup of chopped pineapple, pureed
4 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of dried cilantro
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
pinch of tarragon
pinch of ground white pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet and blend until mixed thoroughly.
