Ingredients

2 cups ice

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

2 to 3 ounces dark rum

2 to 3 tablespoons cream of coconut

Pineapple wedges, for garnish

Preparation

Place ice in a blender along with pineapple juice, rum, and cream of coconut. Blend until mixture is frothy. Pour into goblets, garnish with pineapple wedges, and serve immediately.
