Ingredients

2 cups coarsely grated sharp yellow cheddar cheese (abt 8 oz)

2 cups coarsely grated extra-sharp white cheddar cheese (abt 8 oz)

1 cup finely chopped drained pimientos or drained roasted red and yellow peppers from a jar

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Toasted baguette slices

Assorted raw veggies

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.
