Ingredients
24 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
6 cups mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups distilled white vinegar
4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
6 large onion, chopped
12 stalks celery, chopped
6 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1-1/2 cups grated carrot (optional)
3/4 cup chopped pimento peppers (optional)
Preparation
In a serving bowl, combine the ingredents. Pour dressing over the top; toss to coat evenly.
