Ingredients

2 - 8oz blocks extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 - 8oz block mild cheddar cheese, shredded

1 - 8oz package cream cheese, softened

1 - 12oz jar roasted red bell peppers, drained

1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices, drained

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 - 7oz diced pimento, drained

Preparation

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients (in batches) in food processor.

  2. Add in next 4 ingredients, pulse a few times until blended.

  3. Finally, add pimentos and blend.
