Ingredients
Mayo Mixture
1 1/2 cups mayo (hellmans or Dukes)
4 oz jar of diced pimentos drained
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. finely grated onion
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 cup pecans chopped
8 oz extra sharp cheddar, gratged coarsely
Preparation
Mix mayo ingredients. Toast pecans at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together.
