Ingredients:
2 pillsbury large croissant sheet (don’t separate)
1 egg
Blackberry jam/preserve or your favorite jam
1 Brie cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven according to package.
Unroll croissant from tube. Press down on seam to make one large sheet.
Place Brie in middle of sheet.
Spoon jam on top of Brie wheel.
Fold corners into middle, then close any opening nicely so that Brie and jam is enclosed. Remove any excess croissant dough.
Bake according to the package. Remove and serve with crakers or French loaf.
