Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (sized to your sandwich needs).
Mayonnaise.
White vinegar.
Pepper.
Fresh hamburger buns.
Preparation
Prepare the pork tenderloin according to the instructions on the package. (Do not try to season it. Plain and simple is consistent with this cuisine.) When pork tenderloin is done, chop the pork tenderloin into cubes and put in a bowl. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, white vinegar, and black pepper. (I would estimate that the proper ratio is roughly 1/2 cup mayonnaise to 1/8 cup white vinegar, and half a teaspoon of pepper. You can thin this with milk or the juices from the tenderloin if you like the taste with a certain combination of vinegar and mayonnaise.) When dressing is to your taste, pour the dressing over the cubed tenderloin, and use it to top open faced hamburger buns.
