Ingredients

1 1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup butter

1/4 tsp salt

~1/4 cup cold water

Preparation

Chill flour and butter Grate butter into flour/salt mix Crumble into small pieces Add cold water 1 tsp or so at a time until dough forms a ball -> 15 tsp-ish/4-6 tbsp Chill one hour or more Roll out quickly and chill in pie pan until needed
