Ingredients

2 cups flour

1/2 cup margarine/shortening/butter

salt (not measured - sprinkle)

5-6 tbsp. ice water

Preparation

Cut butter into the flour. Add salt. Add water. Stir until it becomes a ball. If it is too dry, add more water.

You can roll it out right away or you can put it in the fridge and let it cool.

Roll it out and put it in the pan.
