Ingredients
1/3 cup Crisco
3 cups flour
1 t salt
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 T vinegar
Preparation
Cut Crisco into flour, til crumbly. Then add egg, water, vinegar. Blend in the flour. Let pastry chill for a short time. Roll out for pie crust. Makes 5 single crusts.
