Ingredients

Mix

3 c flour

1 t salt

1 c shortening (cut in)

Add

1/3 c +1 T water

1 T vinegar (or 1 more T water)

1 egg

Preparation

Add wet ingredients as you stir gently with a fork. The less handling the better. Cut into 3 pieces and roll out in a circle large enough to cover the pie pan on lightly floured surface. Poke several holes in the shell to prevent it from ballooning.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
