Ingredients

4 Tomatoes seeded and diced

1 Red onion finely chopped

2-4 Red or green chillies, minced (keep the seeds in if you like it hot)

2 tbs Cilantro, chopped

3 tbs Pickled jalepenos, chopped

3 tbs brine from pickled jalepenos

Juice of one lime

dash of sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a non-metal bowl, cover and refridgerate for at least one hour.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Keeps well for one week.
