Ingredients

1 small tomato, coarsely chopped (2/3 cup)

3/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pickled jalapenos (2 large)

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Transfer to a serving bowl and chill, covered, until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
