Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups white vinegar

2 Tbs Crushed coriander seeds

1 Tbs ground cinnamon

7 whole cloves

1 teaspoon salt

2 inch piece of ginger cut in dime thickness slices

3 red or green jalapeno peppers thinly diced, seeds in

3 cups red and/or green seedless grapes

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine the white and brown sugar, vinegar, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cloves and salt, mix well and bring to a boil over moderateley high heat. Remove from heat, add the ginger, jalapeno peppers and grapes, mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 1 hour. These grapes will keep covered and refrigerated almost indefinitely.
