Ingredients
2 - 16oz. cans whole pickled beets
2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. pickling spice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 doz.cooked eggs, cooled and peeled
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and leave in refrigerator for at least 2 days before eating.
