Ingredients

4-5 potatoes

1c. or more of mayo

a sqirt of dijon or mustard

1/3 c. pickles

1/2 c. bell pepper

1/4 c. vegitable oil

1/4 c. vinegar or pickle juice

Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and boil when consistency is soft enough to put a fork in them. Whisk pickles, bell peppers, oil vinegar, and mustard together. Pour on top of potatoes and fold them together. Chill and serve.
