Ingredients
2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C warm water
1 tsp yeast
olive oil
milk (or cream)
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in water (in processor) for 10 mins. Add olive oil & milk, flour, etc. & process - adding more water as needed (dough should form into ball as it’s processed). Place in oiled bowl & cover, let rise to double. Punch down, rise again. Punch down, rise again 10 mins. Oven: HOT< HOT< HOT<
