Ingredients

1.5 lb gr. beef

1 med onion, chopped

1 med green pepper, chopped

2 cloves minced garlic

14.5 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes in juice additional tomato paste as needed.

1/2 cup sliced green olives

1/3 cup raisins

2 TBSP capers optional

salt& pepper

3/4 tsp cumin ++

1/8 tsp allspice or cinammon+

chili powder

hot cooked rice

Preparation

In skillet brown ground beef adding onion, garlic and green pepper after a few minutes.Drain. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer a little and add olives and rasins and continue to simmer. Serve with rice. Also good with tortilla chips or wrapped in a soft tortilla

Can double+ if needed. Can add a little water if needed.
