Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Lg. Onion, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Bell pepper, chopped
½ C. Tomato Puree
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
¼ C. Dry White Wine
½ C. Green Olives
2 - 3 Med. Potatoes, cubed
1 ½ C. Water
Salt to taste
½ Tsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Pkg. Sazon Goya Sin Achiote Mexican seasoning
Preparation
(You can get at Fiesta/Carnival or if you do not have you can use Seasoning Salt instead of regular salt)
Sauté beef and onion, add all ingredients except olives and vinegar and cook until tender. Add olives and vinegar and serve over white rice.
