1 1/2 pounds ground beef (ground round)
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
3 cloves chopped garlic
Salt
Pepper
1/4 jar green olives
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
Preparation
SAUTE IN 1 tablespoon canola oil ADD MEAT, COOK UNTIL NOT PINK 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES
