Ingredients
1 piece of round brie
handful of sliced almonds
2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar, depending on desired sweetness
4 tsps butter
6-8 sheets of phyllo pastry
Preparation
Thaw phyllo pasrty brush each sheet as you layer the pastry in different directions so you have created a basic round effect layer on the almonds place brown sugar on top take under layers of phyllo and fold into the brie, tucking it in at each side use the top 2 layers of phyllo and pile on top of brie brush with butter bake at 350 for approx. 20 min until top is golden serve with grapes or fresh frut mix or a canberry coulis with freah frech stick or crackers.
