Ingredients

pre-made pie crust

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup milk

4 eggs (beaten)

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 T. butter/margarine

10 oz. spinach (cooked, drained & chopped)

1 cup swiss cheese

6 strips bacon (cooked & chopped)

Preparation

Pre-bake pastry. Heat cream cheese and milk on low heat until smooth. Add to eggs, mix. Saute onions in margarine. Add to mixture alongwith remaining ingredients.

Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
