200g Philadelphia cheese

200g sliced red onions

100ml red wine

50ml balsamic vinegar

80g honey

40g brown sugar

100g diced beetroot

50 pastry cases

Preparation

Method;

* Place the onions in a pan with the wine, vinegar, honey and sugar in a pan and cook until caramelised

* Fold the beetroot through the cheese and place into the cases then top with the caramelised onions.
