1/4 cup brandy

2 tbsp dry sherry

1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Saute breasts ’til golden brown (remove buck shot)

Saute onions and mushrooms Add broth (and breasts?) and simmer covered 45 minutes

Add booze and sour cream
