Ingredients
2 lbs of shelled and de-veined shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro minced
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup fresh basil minced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic minced
1/8 tsp hot sauce
Cherry tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place shrimp in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over shrimp. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Place shrimp and cherry tomatoes on bamboo skewers and bbq over medium flame. Cook skewers for 3 minutes a side or until shrimp is just done. Serve immediately with your favorite rice recipe
