Ingredients

1/2 Cup Minced Onion

1/2 Cup Peanut/soy bean oil

1 stalk Celery

4 Tsp Soy sauce

1/3 cup rice vinegar

1 carrot (peeled and top removed)

4 Tbsp. Ginger

2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

2 Tsp Sugar

1 Tsp Salt

1/2 tsp White Pepper

Hot sauce to taste (Texas Pete’s)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Blend till well pureed.

When I cook, I cook by sight…therefore the ingredient amounts are estimated. When preparing, taste dressing and adjust ingredients accordingly.
