Ingredients

BATTER - 1-1/2 Cups of Bisquick, 1 Egg,

1 Cup of Milk (Added a bit at a time to make a medium runny dough.

FILLING - 1 Bag of fresh Spinach (chopped fine)m 1 bunch Green Onions (chopped fine), 8 oz. Cottage Cheese, or Feta (can also substitute Tofu), salt & pepper to taste, 1 Egg, 1/4 Cup Oil, handful of rice & a bit of bran, Garlic to taste. SPICES - Oregano, Sage or Mint (whether you have this with Pork or Lamb).

Preparation

Pour 1.2 of batter into bottom of square greased casserol, layer filling over top, pour the rest of batter over filling, covering complete top of filling. Bake @ 350° 1-1/2 hours. Top should be nicely browned. Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving. ** Spinach and onion can be chopped by hand, but a food processor does it much faster**
