Ingredients
1 oz Romano or Parm Cheese
2 Tbsp Pignolia Nuts
3 garlic cloves
1/8 tsp salt
1 Cup Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup Parsley (no stems)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preparation
Using a food processor, blend cheese, nuts garlic and salt. Add basil and parley. Slowly add oil until smooth. Store in refrigerator or freeze.
Note: recipe can be multiplied as needed.
