For Pesto Sauce

..Rosemary 1/2 Sprig
..Sage 8 leaves
..Basil 8 leaves
..Green Onions 2
..Juice of 1 Lemon
..Olive Oil 1 Tbls..
..Garlic Cloves 3
..Kosher Salt 2 tsp
..Soy 2 tsp
On fish
..Dusting Season Salt
..Cajun Season
..Ground Pepper
..Lemon Juice tbls
Preparation
Season fish then apply processed Pesto sauce on center of fish in foil boat
On side of foil boat 1/3 cup dry white wine ..another tbls soy .. 4 thin slices of lemon to cover fish
Cover or seal foil boat Cook on the Grill at med indirect heat for about 20 minutes or until done
