Ingredients
4 cups loosely packed basil
5 cloves of garlic
1.5-2 cups grated parmesan or pecorino
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Pulse a couple of times everything except oil. Start the food processor and drizzle oil in while processor is running. It should be thick. Add some pasta water to dilute when using.
