Ingredients
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 c. pine nuts
2 oz. (2/3 c.) parm-reg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. loosely packed basil
2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
With food processor running, drop in garlic and finely chop. Stop motor and add pine nuts, salt, pepper, cheese, and basil, then finely chop. With machine running, add oil in a stream, mixing until it makes a smooth paste.
