Ingredients

1 Large Tortilla

1/2 cup Pesto Sauce(I like Buitoni)

1/4 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese

1/4 shredded Pizza Cheese

Chopped Tomato

Chopped Onion

Cayenne Pepper

Salt

Garlic Powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 420°. Place tortilla on pizza cooking sheet, spread pesto sauce evenly. I like to heat the pesto to separate out the oil and use a fork to scoop the pesto. This way I get less of the oil on the pizza.

Now add the toppings starting with the cheese and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and garlic.

Bake for about 18 minutes.
