Ingredients

One 4.7 oz. package Farmhouse® Herb & Butter Pasta

3 Tablespoons butter or margarine

1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup oil packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped

8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

1/4 cup prepared pesto

1-1/3 cups warm water

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In medium skillet, melt butter or margarine. Add red bell pepper and sun dried tomatoes and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Add chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add pesto, water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and low-boil uncovered 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently until tender. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
