Ingredients

1 lb. whole wheat pasta

4 chicken sausages, iserno

2 14.5 ounce cans italian style diced tomatoes

1/2 c. sun dried tomatoes in oil, diced

2-3 cloves smashed/minced garlic

1-1/4 c. pesto

2-3 T. toasted pine nuts

1 T. capers

Garnish with parsley/parmasean

Preparation

Saute sausages in skillet. Slice and set aside.

Start cooking pasta. Strain tomatoes, saving some juice.

Saute garlic in large skillet, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and some juice, saute until reduced slightly, about 5-6 mins. Add pesto, sun dried tomatoes, sausage, pine nuts and capers.

Add pasta to skillet, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley/parmasean.
