Ingredients
6 Chicken breasts, allow one small per person
2 tablespoon olive oil
6 oz sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon pesto sauce
1 tub of creme fraiche
salt and pepper
Preparation
Dice chicken breasts into small cubes, fry gently in the heated olive oil, add the sliced mushrooms, once cooked through season with freshly ground black pepper and salt, if desired, add the pesto sauce and creme fraiche and stir. Serve with rice or potatoes.
