Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts

1 tbsp minced garlic

flour for dusting

4 tbsp pesto

4 tbsp pine nuts

1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Lightly dust chicken breasts with flour. Heat olive oil in non-stick frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and garlic, sautee turning chicken often until browned, approx. 15 minutes.

Top chicken breasts with 1 tbsp pesto and 1 tbsp pine nuts each.
