Ingredients
5 ounces frozen ch. spinach
1 1/2 cups shredded mozz. cheese
1 teas. dried basil
1/4 teas. ground black pepper
12 port. mushrooms 3 to 4 in diameter
2 medium tom. diced
2 Tables butter melted
mozz. and par cheese
Preparation
Preheat to 350 oven. Thaw spinach and press out liquid. In a bowl, combine the spinach, cheese, basil and pepper. Clean the rooms and remove the stems. Place caps top side down on a greased cookie sheet. Brosh them with butter. Spoon 2 tablespoons of spinach mixture into each cap.
Sprinke with diced tom. and salt. Sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake for 12 min. and cut in quarters.
