Ingredients

1 cup champagne *

1 cup Absolut Citron vodka

8 melonball scoops of lemon sorbet

4 teaspoons whipping cream

4 to 6 ice cubes

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

4 lemon slices for garnish

Preparation

Combine the champagne, vodka, sorbet, cream and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the champagne glasses and squeeze a little lemon juice over the top.
