Ingredients
Ice
1/2 ounce Pernod liqueur
1/2 ounce Bourbon whiskey
2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters
3 ounces club soda, chilled
Lemon twist, for serving
Preparation
Place 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass or fill halfway with ice. Add Pernod, bourbon, bitters, and soda. Stir once and garnish with lemon twist; serve immediately.
