Ingredients
8 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
1 TBs salt
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp lemon peel
2 TBs lemon juice
Preparation
in covered skilled, cook zucchini with salt and water for 5 minutes. Drain. Add onion and butter and saute for 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook until hot.
