Ingredients

8 oz. Ricotta Cheese

1 C. Mayonaise

1 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1/2 C. Pepperoni, finely chopped

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Pinch Red pepper flakes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Reserve 1 C. mozzarella and 1/4 C. parmesan for topping. Mix well, spoon into ungreased 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over the dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is a light golden brown and bubbly
