Ingredients

10 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 TB flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp mace

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup butter, melted

Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Put peaches into shallow 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar, 3 TB flour, and cinnamon…gently mix. Blend flour, sugar, powder, salt and mace. Add egg and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit, then pour butter evenly on top. Bake @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes until topping is light brown. Top with ice cream.
