2 CANS ARTICHOKE HEARTS(PACKED IN WATER)
1.5 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 CUP SHREDDED MOZZERELLA CHEESE
1 SMALL CAN DICED GREEN CHILIES
2 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED VERY FINE
1/4 t. SEASONED SALT
FRESH GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
1 CUP FRESH SHREDDED PARMESEAN CHEESE (TO SPRINKLE ON TOP)
Preparation
DRAIN CANNED ARTICHOKE HEARTS AND CHOP THEM INTO BITE SIZE PIECES, PUT INTO MIXING BOWL AND JUST ADD IN THE BALANCE OF INGREDIENTS. MIX THROUGHLY, PLACE INTO A GLASS BAKING DISH, TOP WITH PARMESEAN CHEESE AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY (APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 45 MINUTES) SERVE HOT WITH TOSTIDOS SCOOPS AND TRISCUIT CRACKERS
