Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Ground Chuck

1 1/4 lb. Ground Sirloin

1 tbsp. olive oil

6 tsp soy sauce

4 tsp Montreal Seasoning

Preparation

Mix hamburger and seasonings (don’t over-handle the meat) Form into patties - we made 6 good-sized burgers. Press indentation in center of each burger. Grill on high heat, 4 minutes first side, 3 minutes second side
