Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
1 red onion, minced - @1cup
2 serrano chiles, stems/seeds removed and minced
4 tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp course salt
dash of fresh black pepper
1 ripe tomato, seeds/pulp removed, chopped
Preparation
Mash avocados with fork Add all ingredients except chiles and tomatos. Add chiles sparingly to taste. Mix in tomatoes prior to serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
